My weight today. ^_^
Ever since I restarted my workout routine I feel better.
I have amped it up because I read less that 1 hour of cardio is just a “tease”. It takes 45 minutes to really get your metabolism going.
I also do it everyday now. I was under the impression that your body only benefits from every other day. But my bro is a physical trainer and said the every-other-day...

and I am having a Chipotle Salad for dinner. I will order light. I’m sleeping at my friends so if I don’t post more tonight I will tomorrow morning.

SO I did 1 hour and 1/2 on my stationary bike. I made a youtube playlist of runway videos of my favorite models: Frida Gustavsson, Abbey Lee and Freja Beha. And I put my iTunes Playlist on. It got boring but at least I didn’t get too tired.
My bike says I burned 2,166 calories. But I feel like its wrong lol

I had a salad for dinner. I actually don’t know how many calories because it was made from a salad bar where I put tiny amounts of little things. Two cherry tomatoes, 1 mushroom, etc.
I’m about to do 1 and 1/2 hours on my stationary bike. ^_^
